10月のカリタス南相馬

月あかりコンサート   Moonlight Concert at Odaka

小高の浮舟文化会館でのコンサート。コロナ禍の非常事態宣言が解除されてはじめてのライブコンサートで人数制限はありましたが、会館は地元の方で一杯になりました。久しぶりのライブで楽しかったねという声があちこちで聞かれました。出演した3つのグループは皆、地元の方達で、地元の方達の応援が温かい雰囲気を作っていました。
「音楽工房」というグループにカリタス南相馬の所長の南原さんが紅一点のキーボード奏者。応援にカリタスからシスターたちが行きました。 
Due to the COVID-19 Emergency State there has not been a live concert for a long time. The Moonlight Concert was held in Odaka right after the Emergency State Declaration was lifted. Three groups of local musicians performed at Ukifune Hall.
The number of people to be admitted was restricted, the hall was full with local people. There was a warm atmosphere to support those groups of musicians. In one of the groups, 'Ongaku Kobo', Ms. Mari Nanbara, head of the Caritas Minamisoma is the only female member who plays the piano. We went there to support her.

とみおかアーカイブミュージアム     Tomioka Archive Museum 

今年7月にオープンしたミュージアム。東日本大震災と東京電力福島第一原子力事故の富岡の状況が学べる場所です。被災したパトカーも展示されています。富岡町の歴史の説明、展示がよくまとめられていて、興味深いものでした。10年前の富岡の津波の被害状況はあまり見る機会がなかったので、改めて被害の大きさ、長い歴史の中での貴重なものが奪われてしまったことの無念さを感じました。 
The museum was opened in July 2021. It is a place where we can learn the situation of Tomioka town after the East Japan Great Earthquake and the TEPCO accident in 2011. There is also an exhibition of the history, the culture, and the tradition of the town. We feel the great loss of many precious treasures of the town. 

大熊町の商業施設「おおくまーと」  Okuma Commercial Facility

2年前に出来た大熊町の役場の近くに今年の4月、新しい商業施設がオープンしました。コロナ禍の非常事態宣言で自粛期間が長かったため、なかなか行かれず、ボランティアの受け入れもしばらく中止しているので現地案内も出来ずにいました。ようやく解除になったのでカリタス南相馬のスタッフと見に行ってきました。役場の近くに公営住宅があり、その中にこの商業施設がオープンしました。きれいなレストランが4軒。役場の方達、公営住宅に住む方達にはありがたい場所になっていると思います。
Near the Okuma town office a public restoration houses were built a couple of years ago. Now in April 2021 a commercial facility was opened. There are several restaurants, which definitely are very helpful for the people working in the town office and for the residents of the public restoration houses. Most part of the Okuma area are still 'No Return' area.
