Before the crucifix in my prayer space or in a church, I place myself in the presence of the Lord who is there waiting for me.

Ask for the grace to understand a little bit better why Jesus had to suffer on the cross. Speak to him from your heart.
自分の祈りの場所とか教会での十字架の前で、私を待っていてくださる主の前に自分をおきます。
十字架上でイエズスが苦しまなければならなかったのはなぜかを少しでもよく理解できるように恵みを願いましょう。心のそこから主に話しましょう。
