The liturgy today reminds us of the great commandment.　
今日の典礼は神の偉大な勧めを思い起こさせてくれます。

After asking the Holy Spirit for light, name the persons close to you, family members, colleagues, neighbors, friends, all with whom you have any relationship.

聖霊に光をお願いしてから、自分に近い人々の名前を挙げてください。家族、仲間、隣人、友人、関わりのあるすべての人。

Do not forget to name enemies or persons whom you do not particularly care about. What steps can you take towards one or the other in order to love more?

敵、そしてあまり好きではない人々の名前を挙げることも忘れないように。その人たちをもっと愛することができるために、次のステップとして何が出来るでしょうか。
